1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AffiliateRoll (“the Service”), operated by DepartmentLabs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AffiliateRoll is a curated directory of affiliate programs. We provide a platform for affiliate programs to list their offerings and for affiliate marketers to discover, compare, and join programs. We do not operate any affiliate programs ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between affiliates and the programs listed in our directory.

3. Listing Terms

By submitting a program listing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the authority to list the affiliate program on behalf of the program owner.
  • All information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
  • The affiliate program is legitimate, operational, and actively accepting affiliates.
  • You will promptly update your listing if any information changes.

4. Fees and Payment

Listing fees are billed annually and are non-refundable after 7 days from approval, except as described in our refund policy. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing active listings until renewal.

5. Refund Policy

If your submission is declined during our review process, you will receive a full automatic refund. For approved listings, you may request a refund within 7 days of approval. After 7 days, listing fees are non-refundable, but your listing remains active for the full annual term.

6. Content and Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our directory. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service. Commission rates, cookie durations, and other program details are provided by the program owners and may change without notice. Users should verify details directly with the affiliate program before making decisions.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to manipulate listings, reviews, or search rankings.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from the Service in an automated manner without our written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AffiliateRoll, including text, design, logos, and code, is the property of DepartmentLabs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Program logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove or decline any listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to listings that violate these terms, contain inaccurate information, promote harmful products, or do not meet our quality standards. If we remove a listing within 30 days of payment, a prorated refund may be issued.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of any affiliate programs listed in our directory.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DepartmentLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
