How long does it take to get listed?

Can I upgrade to a featured listing later?
Yes — you can upgrade to a featured listing at any time. Contact us and we’ll handle the upgrade and prorated billing.
What happens when my listing expires?
You’ll receive a reminder before expiration. If you don’t renew, your listing will be taken offline but your data is saved for when you’re ready to re-list.
Can I edit my listing after it’s live?
Absolutely. You’ll have access to a self-service portal where you can update your listing details, manage your subscription, and more.
Is there a limit on featured listings?
Yes — we cap featured listings to keep the homepage impactful and ensure each featured program gets maximum visibility. Spots are first-come, first-served.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. All payments are securely processed.
Can I get a refund?
If your submission is declined, you’ll receive a full automatic refund. For approved listings, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
