Declined Submissions — If our team declines your submission during the review process, you'll receive a full automatic refund. No action needed on your part.

Approved Listings (within 7 days) — If your listing is approved but you change your mind, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. We'll remove your listing and process the refund promptly.

After 7 Days — Listings are non-refundable after the 7-day window, but your listing remains active and fully functional for the entire year. You can continue to update your listing details at any time.

Upgrades — If you upgrade from Standard to Featured and are unsatisfied, the same 7-day window applies from the date of upgrade.
